Newly built house, located in the hamlet of Polverara, a small village in the Riccò municipality of the Gulf of La Spezia, obviously reachable by car, like all of Liguria, to get to our B&B you have to take a winding but barely paved road ... in the splendor of the Gulf dei Poeti, in the inland hills of the Cinque Terre the B&B La Fontanella offers modern-style rooms overlooking the garden, splendid panoramic view of the heights of the Gulf of La Spezia_cc781905-5cde-3 194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_and also in our garden followed by Paolo with much love, where guests can help themselves to seasonal vegetables, free Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel and a relaxation pool in the garden. For those coming by electric car, the Municipality has just added a charging station 4 kilometers from our home and you can always find a distributor nearby that also has LPG gas for cars. Located in the peaceful hills of Polverara near the breathtaking Cinque Terre, Beb La Fontanella offers a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, panoramic views, and authentic Italian charm. Easily accessible from La Spezia, our cozy B&B is the perfect base for exploring the Ligurian coast, local villages, and unforgettable landscapes. HOW TO REACH US We are located in the Cinque Terre national park, on a hill (350 meters above sea level) and to reach us you have to take a splendid winding road, in the middle of Mediterranean vegetation. Recommended route to reach our company: A12 motorway: Exit Brugnato - Borghetto Vara, take the SS 1 towards La Spezia for about 5 km, turn left near the town of Padivarma towards Beverino. Continue for about 2 km, then turn right towards Beverino. After about 5 km turn left, direction Polverara, In Polverara stay on the main road until you see the Piola restaurant on your left go down this road on your left attached to the restaurant_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_and follow signs for Bed & Breakfast "LA FONTANELLA", entrate in the property and you can park near the_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3 b-136bad5cf58d_fontanella or under the sign affixed in high on the stones, just leave free the passage to the other house and the garage. A15 motorway: Parma - La Spezia. Exit at the S. Stefano Magra tollbooth and continue on the link road towards La Spezia, follow signs for Genova Aurelia state road, traveling through the tunnels of the Marinasco tunnel (about 4 km). Upon exiting the tunnel, follow the signs for Beverino-Polverara. In Polverara stay on the main road until you see the Piola restaurant on your left go down this road on your left attached to the restaurant_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_and follow the signs for Bed & Breakfast "LA FONTANELLA" (we work together with the Cinque Terre B&B between Ariadne's thread), entrate on the property and you can park near the_cc 781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_fountain or under the sign posted high up on the stones, just leave the passage to the other house and the garage. If you have a sat navigator, you must set: Via Valle 57, Riccò del Golfo, or Via Valle 57, Polverara - 19020 Riccò del Golfo, in the meantime you can also see the house on street view and on Google Maps. Useful information: Remember that after the 2012 flood, it is not advisable to venture by car towards the Cinque Terre because the roads have all collapsed and have not yet been fixed. It is advisable to leave the luggage in the room, then reach the La Spezia railway station which is 10 km from us; park for free in Piazza d'Armi (bus terminus); or under the paid station, take the train (one every 10/15 minutes in summer) making a very cheap cumulative ticket that allows you to get on and off repeatedly throughout the day and visit comfortably all fractions.
